MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Qualification: Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Working Experience: 15-20 years in offshore well completions and well servicing with a minimum of 10 years in Shallow Water/Platform type Wells Completion experience.
• Detailed working knowledge and experience in tubing sizing selection, equipment material testing, selection and specifications, completion fluids selection, sand face lower completion, core upper completion and wellhead Christmas Tree design and specifications for various well environment.
• Experience in evaluating tubing movement and packer envelope & design analysis, torque and drag analysis.
• Familiar with key and related API/ISO/NACE documents to support the daily work to handle a complex HPHT project from procurement, qualification and operation stage.
• Experienced preparing basic of design documentation (completion basis of design BOD, Field Development Plan-FDP).
• Working knowledge of reservoir engineering and Production technology.
• Knowledge of well service operations and equipment in well environment including slickline, electric logging, coiled tubing and nitrogen.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing tender/contract document, well proposal, well completion procedure, cost estimate, AFE and end of well report (EOWR).
• Software Literacy Required: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Engineering software such as WellCAT and Well Plan are mandatorily required. PROSPER and other related or equivalent engineering software competency are added advantages.
• Experience in HPHT and/or carbonate reservoir completions is an advantage.
• Experience and exposure in international operation is a plus.
• Self motivated. Strong computer literacy.
• Strong organization skills and able to deliver under tight schedule.
