Local/Hub Division Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the different service activities of Instrumentation & Process Analytics within the different market segments following the Local Business Unit health & safety rules. The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business Area for Measurement & Analytics Division based in Egypt. You will be mainly accountable for: • Serving the different customers. Providing the optimum solution and ensuring the equipment is running properly as per customer expectations. • Recommending and preparing of spare parts list based on installed base. • Having the competency level to perform the optimum commissioning & start-up, service and site training of Process Analytics devices and systems. • Having the capability to maintain, rehab and doing the optimum troubleshooting and site training of field instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Level, Temp. measurements). • Supporting Sales Support team to conduct Site Surveys Activities for projects. • Ensuring all measures taken to secure maximum level of customers satisfaction for provided services and acting immediately to serve the customers. • Regularly updating the installed base using ABB tools (ServIS). • Creating and follow up service CCRPs. • Handling customer feedback (Net Promoter Score (NPS)). Promoting ABB PAMA products dur-ing site service missions, checking customer's needs and raising sales/service opportunities.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Analytics such as gas analyzer, chromatography and instrumentation service.
- Good computer skills such like excel, word, power point and MS projects & ERP Systems like SAP
- Good level of expertise within analytical products especially continuous gas analyzers, gas chromato-graphs, liquid Analyzers, in addition to Instrumentation Products.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English & Arabic languages is a must. French is a plus.
