Job Descriptions:

General operative duties in this instance could include:

1. Process control & optimization
   • To continue develop and improve on the process descriptions (Fitting, Prefab, Pipe plant, Rework, Std Prefab) through study, trials and evaluations.
   • To ensure production compliance with all requirements to meet product quality requirements.
   • To ensure all related documents are updated (EMO, PRN, process sheets, etc)
2. Product cost & optimization
   • To study and evaluate production process & procedure including process flow, machine utilization, material usage and productivity.
   • Develop, maintain and improve on product costing/ BOM.
3. Productivity improvement
   • To actively involve in coordinating, analyse & providing solution for problem solving based on analytical data/finding.
   • To assist in defining process problems that leads to throughput or quality issues, evaluate root causes, implement solution to stabilize process and evaluate effectiveness & impact.
   • To study and establish new optimize process control for new product or production line.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, Manufacturing engineering) or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, Manufacturing or related field.
3. Have computer literate, skillful in data sorting and compilation is added advantage - Microsoft Office
4. Able to work independently, proactive and initiative.
5. Able to interact with all levels of people.
