For our international client with extensive experience in the renewable energy industry, we are recruiting an experienced Grid Connection Expert.

You will play an important role by:

• Acting lead expert in all grid-related aspects.
• Developing strategies for connecting renewable energy projects to the power grid.
• Analyzing and evaluating available connection options.
• Monitoring changes in legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Identifying potential barriers and risks associated with grid connections.
• Stakeholder management and relationship building with grid operators.
• Grid connection applications management and technical proposition.
• Actively participating in conferences and industry events aimed at developing new grid connections strategies.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 5 years’ experience in dealing with grid connection, grid design.
• Knowledge of national regulations concerning grid connections, including requirements of transmission system operators (TSO) and distribution system operators (DSO).
• Experience in developing and implementing technical and business strategies related to grid connections.
• Negotiation skills and experience in negotiating with grid operators and other stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
