We are looking for ATC Signaling Project Manager for one of our clients with the following details:

Location: Dubai, UAE

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 12 months, extendable to Long Term

Activities

• Manage every aspect of the Project Management including project resources, stakeholders, scope of work, budget, risk and opportunity, planning, procurement, execution, verification & validation, handover to business owner.
• Ensure by diligent application of specifications, costing and effective project management that the projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Effectively apply company methodologies and Project Management procedures and enforce compliance to project standards.
• Monitor and report progress, whilst minimising exposure and risk on projects, recognising and addressing project issues as and when they arise. Perform programme management to identify impacts and effective mitigations for programme critical paths.
• Work with Programme Planning and Programme Controls to set up project tracker and reports.
• Track project progress daily, weekly, and monthly, and prepare required reports for circulation to stakeholders.
• Lead E&M Project Engineer(s) and resources assigned to the project.
• Educate and assist appointed consultants, selected tenderers and appointed contractors/subcontractors to prepare applications for Permits to Enter (PTE) and Permits to Work (PTW) in accordance with Dubai Metro procedures. Enable timely reviews and grant of PTE and PTW
• Coordinate Contractor applications for Asset Configuration Change Authorisation for all system changes/upgrades prior to installation
• Coordinate and work to expedite all Client, Consultants, tenderers or any contractors /subcontractors requests for information, reviews, No Objection Certificates and other such activities
• Assist in the conduct of Safety and Operational risk assessments of the designs at concept and detailed design stages
• Review and align Project Plans within company and with Contractors/Sub-Contractors;
• Review and analyse Project Safety and Risks to all aspects of work being carried out by the Contractor/Sub-Contractor
• Coordinate and ensure Contractor/Sub-Contractors work has no impact on the railway service opening and day to day operations
• Minimise exposure and risk on all aspects of the Operational Railway
• Ensure relevant documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
