Your role and responsibilities
• Working with the customer, the Sr. Reliability Engineer works to define, develop and implement reliability solutions within the SEAM Reliability Framework. This framework includes Site Assessments, Master Equipment Lists, Equipment Hierarchy, Risked Based Criticality Assessments, appropriate application of Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Pareto analysis, PM and Spare Parts optimization, Planning & Scheduling, PdM technologies, Training and the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) pertinent to our clients. • Responsible for maximizing our client's site equipment availability, reliability and reduce overall operating costs through the improved system and process implementation. • Collaborate effectively with the client to develop and establish strategies and methods that improve maintenance processes and procedures resulting in enhanced equipment performance. • As subject matter expert, the Sr. Reliability Engineer will provide technical support for all aspects of maintenance operations as required, while ensuring compliance with the client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety procedures, quality standards, OSHA standards, applicable regulatory agency standards, and good engineering practices. • A major contributor for developing and continuously improving the SEAM portfolio of Reliability Solutions by developing standard workflow processes for the elements defined in the Reliability Framework described above. • Advising clients on the improvement of business and maintenance processes through site assessments, and reliability studies. • Reviewing equipment history to identify problem areas and developing relevant safety and maintenance plans. • Analysis of PM and work order histories, repair, and production data to identify critical equipment and recommend improvements. • Review, modify and create Bills of Material for identified equipment. • Identify Critical Spare Parts for inclusion in the Bill of Materials (BOMs) and develop a stocking plan.

Qualifications for the role
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or another applicable engineering discipline
- (5) to (7) years of hands-on maintenance and engineering experience in a variety of industries
- Demonstrated success with implementing a broad array of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies
- Extensive experience with CMMS such as Maximo, SAP, or other systems
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
