The Job Requirements:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
• Complete service calls/ installs in a timely manner, always treating customers with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and coworkers
• Work a normal rotation of after-hours and weekend standby duty
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
• Maintain a valid Class E driver's license with a good driving record
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner
• Attend training sessions
• Other duties as assigned
• Generator Installs

Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of residential & commercial electrical systems
• 1+ year generator experience
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to communicate easily with customers
• Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
• Customer Service Oriented
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
• Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of driving experience is required
• 2+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

This is a physically demanding job which requires the Generator Service Tech to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc. and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
