The Opportunity:

Kent is looking for a Senior Design Engineers - Mechanical (Static / Rotary), Civil & Structural, and Project Control to be based in India.

Skills and Responsibilities:

Perform the following tasks under some guidance:

Hiring of Senior Engineers across various disciplines for our projects in the USA (Texas) and Canada (Ontario and Calgary) regions being executed under DTI. Given the critical nature of this position and projects, we require highly skilled engineers with Professional Engineering (PE) qualifications to strengthen our teams.

These are generally APEGA (The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta) Certified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading engineering design, analysis, and review activities across various projects
• Ensuring compliance with regional regulatory requirements and engineering standards
• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers to build a robust talent pipeline

The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact projects in both the USA and Canada, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

These positions are essential for our strategic growth in these regions, especially for the complex projects on our horizon.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:

• Locations: Mumbai
• Disciplines: Mechanical (Static / Rotary), Civil & Structural, and Project Control
• Qualifications: BE/ B.Tech + Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent in Houston- Texas, Canada- Ontario/Calgary is Must
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in their respective fields, with a strong track record in project execution and leadership roles
