This position reports to
Service Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will execute medium-to-high-complexity service work according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB processes, standards and safety guidelines. You will deliver excellent customer service by meeting customers' needs, while maintaining good relationships with customers. You will work with others to identify new service business opportunities, helping to convince clients to take the complete service portfolio. Perform workshop service activities including testing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintenance, replacement applications for LV products, Online technical support for customers, sales team and partners, Perform service works according to ABB's technical, commercial and health & safety standards, Perform trainings to customer at site and at ABB facilities, Prepare the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service, Prepare the tools and equipments that are related to the jobs on the to-do list, Provide the maintenance of the service tools and keep the test tools in working condition, Ensure customer satisfaction during / after deliveries.

Qualifications for the role
- Vocational degree in Electrical, Electrical/Electronic fields,
- Good command of English,
- Team worker, analytical, communicate effectively and customer oriented,
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
