We help customers keep resources in use for as long as possible, extracting the maximum value from them, and then recovering and regenerating products and materials at the end of their useful life. As a Service Technician you have frequent contact with the service coordinator, the work planner, your service technicians colleagues, and the entire Electrification business.

Your role and responsibilities
• Perform service tasks such as installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment. • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems either remotely or on-site. • Implement technical modifications to existing installations. • Conduct testing to ensure proper functioning of installations. • Assist in drafting protocols for commissioning, maintenance, and testing. • Forward customer change requests to the service coordinator. • Report work done promptly and provide necessary follow-ups. • Participate in stand-by services for after-hours customer support. • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications for the role
- Electrical education with an affinity for mechanical engineering
- Good knowledge and practical experience of plant servicing, maintenance, commissioning and repair.
- A collaborative and solution-oriented approach, as well as strong written and oral communication skills in Dutch, French and English
- A focus on safe working practices and a commitment to workplace safety guidelines
- Education in electrical engineering or electromechanics or relevant experience
- Valid driving license
