- Familiar with Primavera (P6) & Microsoft Project
- CPM (Critical Path method), : EMS (Measurements Sheet Method), International Code Standard, Project Logical Stage (Sequences) - EPC
- Assisting for Bidding Schedule
- Project Scheduling
- Project Reporting Such like (EMS, S-Curve, Histogram, etc)
- Manhours Record and Budgeting Control
- Generate WBS for specific activity
- Reminder to Project for Project status
- Liaison with other department to discuss which related to Planning Matter
- Attend weekly /Daily Project Meeting with Client / PMT / production Team
- Do the analysis for relative productivity, hrs, efficiency etc
- Coordination with HR/Accounting/HSE team providing hrs statics report when required.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree on Technical Majoring
- Minimum 3 years Experience as Planning Engineer
