Physical Requirements
Years of Experience
- Provide QA/QC support for E&I activities during the execution phase of the project. This includes managing the third-party inspection team.
- Undertake Asset Integrity Management for onshore and offshore E & I Assets. Prepare the asset list including the installed equipment, stocks and work towards optimizing the assets and its usage
- Create and maintain traceability records for all Electrical and Instrumental tools in the field.
- Supervise all pressure test for calibration of valves, PSV, pressure gauges etc. and assist to Maintenance, Well Service and operation department for creating and maintaining records.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively monitor quality related activities such as pre-installation checks, installation compliance, pre-commissioning checks and associated risks with each of these areas and ensure problem areas are identified, reported and closed out.
- Timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.
- Develop testing and inspection procedures for facilities or equipment as required by Operations.
- Provide QA/QC support for E&I activities during the execution phase of the project. This includes managing the third party inspection team.
- Provide technical assistance to the maintenance department in trouble shooting on any equipment failures or shutdowns.
- List the deficiencies noticed during walkthrough inspections and follow-up with the projects dept. to take the necessary action.
- Bring forward suggestions for improvements within the areas of responsibility.
- Undertake any other work and responsibilities as per separate instruction.
- Review company specifications, drawings, method statements, QC procedures and inspection test plans. Maintain daily reports and log of daily activities
Education
Eligibility criteria:
- University degree or equivalent in Electrical or Instrumentation and Control engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant oil & gas experience
- Good English language skills both written and spoken.
- Good computer skills with MS Office programs
- Awareness of various related international codes, standards and specifications
