We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Field Engineer with experience in industrial and power plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and coordinating with various teams to achieve project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and supervise mechanical installation activities, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and coordination among teams.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work, identifying any issues and recommending solutions.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and compliance reports.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on site.
  • Testing and Commissioning: Participate in the testing and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring they meet operational requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress reports for management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years in the field) as a Mechanical Field Engineer, preferably in industrial or power plant projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and installation practices.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies is a plus.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant certifications.
