Vestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
The Service Department at the Videbæk office is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of wind turbines within Denmark. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be part of a team consisting of 8-10 colleagues who enjoys each other's company and support each other in their everyday work life
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for translating complex knowledge and insights from our specialist departments into a language that our customers understand and can act upon. This puts you in a focal role with both internal and external stakeholders.

For this position, key word is knowledge and will over qualifications and you are more than welcome to apply if you are a recent graduate. However, you will interact with many different stakeholders and mitigate complex knowledge to the receiver.

- Building effective relationships and clear lines of communication between Customer service management and Technical- & Engineering support departments.
- Support customer service management with technical questions
- Calculate and create quotations
Qualifications
For this position, key word is knowledge and will over qualifications and you are more than welcome to apply if you are a recent graduate. However, you will interact with many different stakeholders and mitigate complex knowledge to the receiver.
To be able to fulfil this position and the responsibilities, we believe that it is beneficial you have the following:

- Knowledge of industrial electricity or electronics. It is not a requirement to have an engineering background
- Work experience or an education in information technology, as you will be working with IT subjects
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel is necessary
- Experience in a customer service environment, where emphasis is on a professional relationship with the customer in both action and communication
- Experience in the Wind industry would be an advantage, but not critical
- Knowledge of SCADA
