- Manage projects, which include upgrading and/or installing products as well as repair product performance items.
- Investigate reported product problems and initiate corrective action following through on the corrective action required ensuring successful field implementation.
- Conduct field operational analysis, make improvement recommendations and conduct retrofit management to assist in the development of products.
- Participate in product design reviews through analyzing events, preparing review packages and recommending solutions.
- Provide information and support all customers with equipment problems.
- Manage turnkey, installation and repair projects to achieve project goals with meeting technical, delivery and budgetary expectations.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
- Install, Commission, Troubleshoot and Repair NOV Drilling and M&C Equipment.
- Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems (including pumps, valve blocks, fittings, filters and sensors).
- Mechanical Systems (including fittings, gearboxes, bearings and sensors).
- Analog and Digital PLC based Systems.
- Proprietary Integrated Control Systems.
- Variable Frequency Drives.
- Electrical Systems (including various types of AC/DC motors).
- Provide training to other NOV personnel on aforementioned systems and equipment as needed
- Provide accurate and timely report(s) to appropriet personnel regarding work progress and output.
- Collaborate frequently with internal and external customers.
