Responsibilities

The work includes independent concept development of different flue gas cleaning processes (FGT) for the areas of waste to energy and industrial plants, independent process management in different process stages, very good detailed knowledge of process technology and the process engineering functions of the entire FGT plant system. In detail, this includes:

• Independent concept development of flue gas cleaning processes (FGT) for waste to energy (WtE) and industrial plants
• Independent process management in various process stages with very good detailed knowledge of process engineering and the entire FGT plant system
• Persuasiveness in selecting and representing solutions to internal and external contacts
• Good knowledge of plant automation as well as comprehensive operational knowledge and commissioning experience.
• Strong cost awareness for the economical and efficient implementation of process engineering

Qualifications:

• Completed engineering degree with more than 5 years of project experience in process engineering of process plants, including commissioning experience
• Knowledge in the field of waste-to-energy or carbon capture is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of CAE and simulation tools to support project work
• Very good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent in German and English
