PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate and monitor new and used part inventories to ensure proper levels following facility operation needs.
- Notify proper departments of inventory adjustments, stock levels, and their effect on production.
- Conduct cycle counts of new and used inventory as required by NOV management systems.
- Maintain records related to inventory and logistics.
- Comply with all NOV HSEQ policies and procedures.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to work in a factory environment, which includes noise, vibration, fumes, dust, and odors, but is not limited to them.
- Work indoors and outdoors with extreme temperatures.
- Interact with personnel in other departments and disciplines.
- Operate cranes and forklifts.
- Maintain clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- All other duties as assigned by the manager.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
- Previous Inventory experience is a bonus.
- Experience with Cycle Counts, loading/unloading Inventory, Processing Spare Inventory, Processing Rework Components
- Must be located in the Casper, WY area
- Must be able to work in an industrial environment that is not climate-controlled
- Must have basic computer knowledge
