AtkinsRéalis is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer (Design Review) to join our team and work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within KSA. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Review of HVAC Systems
- Conduct thorough design reviews for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- EOT Crane Systems Design
- Review and provide feedback on the design of Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) crane systems, ensuring alignment with operational needs and safety regulations.
- Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems Design Review
- Oversee the design review of fire alarm and fire fighting systems for various infrastructure projects, including grid stations, substations, and industrial plants.
- Supply & Installation Projects for Clients
- Manage the design review for HVAC, EOT Crane, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting systems for 220kV grid station projects for clients.
- Desalination and Cogeneration Plants
- Provide design review services for fire alarm and fire fighting systems at cogeneration and desalination plants.
- Grid Station and Extension Projects
- Execute and review design and installation works for fire protection systems at multiple grid stations, including 400kV extensions and modifications for clients.
- Substation Power Supply Projects
- Handle the design review and site execution of HVAC, fire systems, and power systems for substations in multiple regions for clients.
- Lighting and Small Power Design
- Conduct reviews and provide input on lighting and small power systems for substations, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with standards.
- Site Execution Oversight
- Monitor and support the execution of mechanical systems on-site, ensuring design compliance and timely project delivery for various grid stations and substations.
- Coordination with Stakeholders
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and address any engineering challenges related to mechanical systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Alt least 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in design review and site execution of HVAC, fire systems, and crane systems.
- - Proficient in the design and review of fire protection systems, HVAC, and EOT cranes in industrial and power infrastructure projects.
- - Experience in reviewing mechanical designs for substations, grid stations, and large industrial plants.
- - Strong knowledge of fire alarm, fire fighting, and HVAC systems in accordance with international standards and local regulations.
- - Ability to review and assess technical designs and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- - Proven experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder discussions.
- - Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
