Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

You will have the opportunity to serve as a design authority in engineering disciplines of low to medium complexity, playing a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions. It involves hands-on execution of engineering tasks within small projects or segments of larger initiatives, while applying design thinking and design for excellence principles to drive innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the preparation of compelling proposals and technical presentations for engineering projects involving motors and drives.
• Engage directly with customers to deliver expert technical support and strengthen collaboration with the sales team.
• Apply proven engineering methods and best practices to execute assignments with precision and consistency.
• Support installation and commissioning activities, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure design quality and compliance by conducting thorough design verification using structured checklists and engineering standards.

What it takes to Run what Runs the World

• Hands-on experience with a strong motivation to build expertise in motors and drives.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and on-site support.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
