We seek a cybersecurity professional to join our Digital Risk Leader team to drive the implementation of secure process across our AI organization.
To ensure a cohesive cybersecurity strategy implemented throughout our AI HUB, you will collaborate closely with AI Cybersecurity teams but also Autonomous spokes team in NAM and GSC.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Improve our security platform posture in AWS and Azure thanks to a good understanding of our Cloud architecture.
o Assess Platform maturity against cloud security best practices
§ IAM
§ Network Security
§ Log management.
§ Data storage configuration and encryption mechanisms
o Monitor the public exposure of Cloud bricks for AI and RPA
o Drive vulnerability management capability for VM and Containers (detection and remediation)
o Drive implementation of SIEM capabilities
o Verify cloud adoption at the Use Case level and compliance with AI Technology recommendations
- Verify compliance with Internal policy when deployment of new Cloud technologies
o Drive the collaboration between AI Technology and Cyber Governance team
- Ensure that digital risks are identified, prioritized and mitigated in his area: Cyber risks, Data privacy Compliance (GDPR, and others...).
- Drive Cybersecurity audit and pen test at the platform level
- Apply policies and central programs in practice/domain/geography (security, GDPR,..)
- Support cybersecurity awareness in AI domain.
Skills Required:
6+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, especially around
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity requirement and controls on cloud service providers (Azure, AWS)
o Infrastructure security (network...)
o Application security
o IAM
o ...
- Ability to align operational/information security policies with business requirements.
- Business driven with attention to detail, ability to translate operational/information security requirements into security controls.
- Knowledge of security and privacy standards, regulations, and legislation.
- Experience in assessing impact of technology upgrades on applications, security and related processes.
- Deep knowledge of information systems security risk frameworks and server architecture.
- Knowledge of the Agile processes and workflows
- Good to have: Experience with AI and ML technologies and services (Machine Learning, Conversational AI, Computer Vision, No Code / Low Code AI)
Soft Skills Required:
- Customer-oriented with a service-oriented attitude (flexible, personable, and approachable)
- Stakeholder management
- Hold strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate security principles, policies and procedures.
- Have strong organizational skills.
- Have the ability to handle and to maintain confidential information.
