In this position, the Offer Quality Engineer is responsible for identifying and eliminating quality risks that can impact customer satisfaction and quality. The Offer Quality Engineer must collaborate with their SE colleagues to understand, mitigate and eliminate these risks wherever they occur in the product lifecycle, thereby assuring "end-to-end" product quality. The Offer Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in maximizing the customer experience by supporting quick and effective responses to field quality issues when they arise to assure minimal disruption to our valued customer base. This position requires an engineer with strong systems knowledge, solid communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization comprised of technical professionals.

What will you do?
- Arrange RMA (Return Authorization) and return shipping of product and components required for analysis
- Collect all relevant information related to the analysis from field service personnel
- Coordinate 3 rd party analysis from component suppliers and/or independent test facilities
- Perform analysis of returned components
- Maintain communication of analysis progress with front office teams
- Create comprehensive written reports to describe the full results of the analysis
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical, Materials, Chemical,..)
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems; Refrigeration experience a plus
- Experience with quality engineering tools and practices is preferred: process mapping, 8D process, statistical analysis, etc.
- Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, and be capable of analyzing complex problems through innovative thought and experience.
- Position located in Italy (Conselve)
