EngineeringWe are looking for ESS Services Project Manager for one of our clients with the following details:
Location : Bordeaux, France, with possible missions to Paris, France , Grandpuits-Bailly-Carrois, France , Dunkerque, France , Saint-Avold, France , Anvers, Belgique , Quimper, France
Planned Start Date : 4 November 2024
Purchase Order Duration : 6 months
Estimated duration of the mission : More than 6 months
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Education(s): Scientific Bac+5 (electronics/electrical engineering/maintenance/generalist)
- Cumulative experience: 5 years minimum, in the areas of experience mentioned below.
- Specific area of experience: Power Networks and Service/Maintenance Contract Management.
- The proposed service provider must be B0-H0 (electrical) authorised. The authorization must be obtained before the start of activities.
- Knowledge of Li-Ion technology cells or batteries is required.
- Knowledge of power grids is also required.
- Proficiency in English and French

Deliverables/Missions
- Ensure the interface with the client: (reporting, contractual monitoring of the Long Term Services Agreement): planning of activities in situ and monitoring of performance commitments,
- Ensure operational interfaces with field workers (either Field Services, based in Bordeaux, or local contractors
- Ensure remote monitoring of the condition of the various installed equipment, in conjunction with local maintenance technicians, and the Asset Management Client teams,
- Be the first point of contact for the customer and field responders, in case of technical questions, and ensures Level 1 diagnosis, in the event of breakdowns.
- Calls on the technical teams for level 2 technical discussions with the client, and stakeholders, or for level 2 diagnosis,
- Have full autonomy to read, understand, and apply the contracts in force, with the customer, but also with suppliers or contracts locally. Know how to set up and negotiate contractual amendments,
- Establish commercial proposals for services outside the contractual scope,
- Ensure or have stock inventories carried out at the customer's premises, ensure the correct entry/exit of stocks in connection with the company's logistics and the central spare parts warehouse
- Ensure the financial follow-up of current Service contracts, with relevant analysis of budget deviations and implementation
- Have knowledge of electrical networks
- Know how to read, write, and apply HSE documents (Prevention Plan, Work Permit, etc.)
- Ensure the safety of people and equipment in accordance with the rules in force and the company's standards.
- Decide whether or not a product should be taken under warranty on the basis of the Contractual Terms and Conditions.
- Reporting to the Service Manager and the Line Manager.
