Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to all safety regulations and applicable Weatherford Policies.
- Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Have a keen understanding of different facets of field operations including but not limited to completions, remedial workovers, cementation and fracturing
- Identify, explain function and operate all auxiliary equipment.
- Identify and explain function of all primary equipment.
- Apply all the disciplines of driving, rigging up, operating, and rigging down equipment on location.
- Maintain equipment and accurate driving records as required by region specific transportation requirements.
- Communicate details and directions in a clear and coherent manner.
- Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Field / Remote location management skills.
- Must be proficient in calculating basic oil industry volumes, pressures and forces
- Must be familiarized with CT, Slickline and Eline based operations.
- Experienced with Thru Tubing patches and Inflates, NPR plugs, Capillary and other renaissance technologies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long and irregular hours.
- Works well within a team environment.
- Proven ability to function well under pressure.
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel & Word skills
- Eagerness to learn and challenge existing processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical, troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivation
- Able to relate to rig-site personnel at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in B. Tech/B. E
- Engineering certificate or equivalent.
- Valid oil field HSE training courses and certifications.
- Minimum 10+ years related experience.
