We are currently seeking a Enterprise Technology Platform Lead, reporting directly to Director Enterprise Architecture to join the team.

About The Role:

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to :

1.Coordinate Platform Strategy and Architecture

• Drive Platform owners in the construction of their multi-year roadmap based on business requirements.
• Assist Platform owners in the definition of the business services they deliver
• Is accountable of the company portfolio of platform to support diverse uses cases, business needs and stakeholders abilities
• Is accountable of the quality of the platform capabilities description
• Deploy the company strategy regarding citizen development
• Partner with the business to ensure good prioritization of initiatives

2.Drive technology architecture modernization

• Provide pre-approved platform services to accelerate and ease solutions development and delivery, and reduce time spent awaiting approvals
• Organize Analysis of Impact of Alternative IT Solutions
• Clarify Value Proposition for Modernization
• Develop API Strategy
• Enable platform teams to offload some monotonous solution delivery activities through a light approval process.
• Conduct regular platform services rationalization activities.
• Embed self-service architectural guidance within delivery workflows to facilitate high-quality solutions delivery
• Systematically reduce technical debt by assisting platform owners to define service roadmap and develop incentives to products team to adopt state of the art technologies.

About You:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Architecture skill validated by a certification (TOGAFF is a plus)
• Proven experience in deployment of an enterprise architecture platform program
• Ability to keep a mid term / long term mindset while keeping pragmatism
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in architecture
• Knowledge of emerging data & AI technologies and trends, and a passion for staying UpToDate with the latest developments in the field.
