Planner with  experience in onshore or offshore projects.
 
Aker Solutions take care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.
 
 
What will you be doing?

• Maintain installation and commissioning schedules in line with project objectives
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive progress toward project targets
• Actively monitor project plans, milestones, and critical paths, including individual project timelines
• Contribute to planning setup, development, and updates to align contractor plans with the overall project schedule
• Proactively track progress and communicate with senior managers, contractors, and stakeholders to manage interfaces
• Support planning and trend analysis, including float/critical path evaluation
• Develop proposals for schedule recovery and ensure key milestones are maintained

 
Qualifications we think you should have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in offshore projects
• Fluent in both Norwegian and English
• Strong cooperation skills with a positive attitude
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science or Economics
• Practical offshore experience and familiarity with installation planning
• Proficiency in Safran, SAP, MIPS, and Procosys
