Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:
Sign-on Bonus Stipulations: The bonus will be paid in two $7,500 installments: one upon hire and the other after 6 months. To be eligible, candidates must hold a current EGSA Journeyman Certification and/or score over 90% on the in-person KPS technician assessment exam and live within 30 minutes to downtown Boston.

Generator Field Service Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Extensive experience in performing preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, load-bank testing, and start-ups on generators.
- Skilled in preparing accurate repair quotes and completing/submitting work orders promptly.
- Capable of conducting major engine repairs and overhauls with precision.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call, rotating schedule for emergency service.
- Must possess and maintain a comprehensive set of tools including a multi-meter, hand-tools, etc.
- Strong commitment to safety with an OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Possession of a valid DOT Card (or ability to obtain one) and a valid driver's license.
