You will be responsible for providing high quality, 'right first time' range of gas / plumbing related tasks including :-
Gas boiler repairs, servicing, installation to appliances such as domestic boilers, fires, cookers, space heaters, warm air units
G3 Unvented
Solar Systems
Communal systems
Air/Ground Source heat pump maintenance and repairs
First and second fix of plumbing pipework to kitchen and bathrooms
Toilet, basin and bath repairs and new installations, soil stacks
Kitchen sink repairs and replacements
Washing machine valves and associated pipework
Gas relays
Radiators and valves
Drainage
Reporting to a Manager within the Repairs & Maintenance section you will ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, practices, and standards. Hours of work 07:45 am - 4:15 pm, Monday to Thursday and 07:45 am - 12:45 pm Friday
Additionally, voluntary overtime work and standby arrangements exist
A clean current driving license is essential
