In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Preparation and execution of technical and commercial proposals, products cost calculation as per the price list, indication of the cost of equipment in the proposals based on the discount agreed with the sales engineer, in accordance with the company's policy;
• Calculation of delivery times taking into account the production terms;
• Interaction with employees of the regional sales offices of Emerson, the planning department, the department for the purchase of related equipment at the stage of preparing the commercial offer;
• Explanations to the Customer the details of proposal and making adjustment as per comments;
• Good technical knowledge and usage range of supplied equipment and services and work with user documentation (technical data sheets, operation manual, catalogues), price lists;
• Analysis of customer requests, clarification of details on contacts, technical information, questionnaires, etc. with sales engineers or customers, if required;
• Preparation of orders for placement in production and work in CRM systems.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience in areas related to the selection of instrumentation and automation min 2 years.
• Higher technical education
• Understanding the principles of operation and application of field equipment (pressure sensors, temperature sensors, level gauges);
• Knowledge of English at Pre-Intermediate and above level (for interaction with manufacturers, work with documentation and niche software, etc.);
• Confident PC user of office programs.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Professional certifications that confirm your technical expertise and experience in automation and control filed strongly preferred.
• Deep professional understanding of sales & supply chain processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience in working as technical support sales is helpful.
• Confirmed experience in effective customer relationships is ideal.
