We are looking for an Inventory Management Expertise for one of our clients with the following details:

Service Location: Paris, France

Estimated Service Duration: 12 months

Goals and deliverables

• The scope of the stocks' expertise covers:
• Material master data MRP profile
• MRP run and anlysis , MRP parameter update
• Stock inventory
• Material repair process
• Material receipt discrepancies management
• Interfaces with module EAM for stock management and PM ( workorder )
• Interfaces with Field logistic
• Reporting & KPIs associated to stock management (Dead stock / active / slow)\

Waiting for the expert during the design and build phase:

• Ensure the proper implementation of the harmonized Purchasing and Inventory processes in the FICO PROC backbone.
• Organize and manage process design workshops, ensure the mobilization of the required contributors in collaboration with the representatives of the branch
• Define and align business process requirements with branches (e.g., define the list of critical business subprocesses)
• Prepare Position Papers on gap resolution with S4
• Define detailed business rules & validate functional documentation (documents mainly created by the system integrator)
• Provide business knowledge and expertise on the operating methods of the processes.
• Define test scenarios and align them with the branches
• Analyze the results of the System Integration Tests (SIT)
• Run and validate User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Contribute to change management and the preparation of training materials
• Manage the missions of external service providers mobilized in the build and pilot phase if necessary.
• Coordinates and defines interfaces with the publisher for all stock management topics

Waiting for the experiment during the pilot phase:

• Verify and validate system integration tests (SIT) from a functional point of view
• Oversee the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by the pilot teams from a functional perspective
• Support pilot deployments (e.g., respond to design clarifications, local requests) and provide process-specific expertise L2
