The Purpose of the Role

7x24 technical support, solving technicalproblems and incidents and implementing service projects/contracts for Tanapcustomer.

Key Activities:

• Provide 7x24 technical support (on-site, phone, modem, internet) for Tanap Customer
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer-reported complaints and problems and eExecute periodic site visits, predictive and preventive maintenance of Honeywell systems
• Give technical training for the systems under his/her supervision and participate in analysing the customer's specifications.
• Follow-up order placement and delivery status of project equipment or spare parts from Honeywell and third parties, attend all service meetings and decide on job planning and be ready on the job site as necessary and take action.
• Prepare all necessary documentation after the service project and send it to the customer on time, give technical training to the customers and minimize the cost and time of the contracts/projects.
• Create new sales opportunities during the application of the project., prepare and submit timesheets on-time, use Honeywell-generated tools to improve processes and take all the training related to HSE, create SOSs on the system

Environment:

Job sites of the responsible for Tanap Contract and Tanap sites is located in Eskişehir, Ardahan, and Edirne.

Knowledge and skills:

• University degree in one of the engineering departments (electrical, electronic, control and mechatronics engineering)
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in DCS automation, preferably in a refinery or petrochemical setting.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication, collaboration skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Basic computer and control knowledge.
