Your role and responsibilities

As IS Senior Business Analyst you will be a member of a team developing software solutions supporting the operations and customers of ABB Electrification (EL) - Distribution Solution (ELDS) and Service (ELSE). You will be working in a cross-functional team which operates in an international environment and your main responsibility will be to coordinate and run the business analysis activities centered around implementation of a large scale project directed at EL customers and internal users. This position will allow you to have a direct impact on how a strategic solution used within ABB EL will look like. Your responsibilities include: • Coordinating, planning and executing BA activities in a large-scale project, throughout the project's lifecycle • Collaborating with Business Stakeholders, applying related business processes knowledge and utilizing user centric approach to shape and align the vision of the solution, taking into consideration business and user needs • Understanding, analyzing and managing business requirements and translating them into implementation specifications • Cooperating with PM, architects, UX/UI designers and developers to come out with a high-quality product; working with internal team and vendors • Managing backlog in line with Agile methodologies best practices

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst or similar in IT environment, including the development of IT solutions "from scratch"
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of user-centric methodologies (e.g. Design Thinking) and experience with online collaboration tools (Mural, FigJam, etc.)
• Team player able to work in various team setups and in international environment
• Experience in facilitating workshops (online, onsite) or willingness to develop in this area
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies
• CPQ process experience will be an advantage
