Department
The Warehouse & Logistics department is responsible for the safe and efficient on-time delivery of spare parts, tools, and consumable, ensuring the flow of materials, coordinate and facilitate the operation with other departments to make sure our internal clients receive on time at lower cost the materials they need to operate.

Responsibilities
As Logistics coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that the Stock Keepers under your responsibility will manage all the materials according to requests from Vestas sites, on time, in the right quality and quantity.

• The communication and dialog with Vestas internal customers (sites) in France.

• Overseeing all aspects of Tools and Equipment: Planning, Storage, Organizing, shipping and receiving.

• Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Spares, Tools and Equipment documentation, maintenance, calibration, and certification.

• Ensure that the work environment is safe and that safety rules are applied at all time

Qualifications

• Technical degree (BTS/DUT) with experience on supply chain management

• IT-skills MS-office, ERP - system SAP, Lean principles

• Language: Fluent French/English both oral and written. Other languages will be appreciated.
