We are seeking an experienced Field Service Operations Manager with a background in HVAC systems to oversee service operations in Medley, FL. This role is ideal for a leader with Thermo King or Carrier certifications who can manage field technicians, optimize service delivery, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage service schedules, dispatching, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related service issues promptly.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC field operations or service management.
• Certifications in Thermo King or Carrier HVAC systems required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with service scheduling, dispatching, and technician management.
• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
