PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently co-ordinate with NOV compliance resources, external authorized logistics partners to ensure proper compliance classification of products, accurate country of origin determination and ensure compliance to local taxation laws related to logistics at all times
- Submit Export Documentation in a timely manner and manage GSTR-1 Returns
- Work in coordination CHA for all import license clearances
- Co-ordinate with supplier, forwarder & clearing agents for import shipments.
- Perform MEIS License Claims by timely submission of export documentation to DGFT
- Follow up with CHA for DBK transactions and ensure timely completion of same
- Timely submission of relevant export documentation to DGFT for EPCG License
- Independently review and approval checklists for export and import shipments.
- Communicate with customers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders regarding shipment pickup intimations, AWB, tracking details and other shipment related activities
- Receiving material and processing Goods receipts notes.
- Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed or shipped.
- Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Ensure inventory and shipping transactions are completed.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company, departmental and HSE procedures and policies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, Audits as required.
- Escalate issues and potential resolutions to Supervisor as appropriate.
- Perform work such that a perpetual state of audit readiness is maintained.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform WIP Issue, identify material and quantity as per WO BOM (Move to facility specific)
- Report shipment delays and related issues promptly to various stakeholders
- Action warehouse pick tickets and perform cycle counts as required
- Co-ordinate printing of identification labels and apply on received materials.
- Assist with engraving and packaging of parts as and when needed
- Arrange wooden boxes and packaging material as per mode of transportation and shipment plan
- Generate packing list in ERP and send to freight agents and internal stakeholders
- Obtain freight quotations from freight forwarders
- Perform work order completion transactions in ERP system for finished parts
- Pack material and preserve parts as per packing and preservation procedure
- Maintain identification and traceability throughout the process

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- Any Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience with Warehousing & Logistics
- Certification in Import/Export Compliance and Logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP system preferred.
- Strong communication in English (Both Verbal and Written)
- Heavy forklift experience preferred
