Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of the inspection facility to ensure maximum quality in production.
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with customers.
- Coordinate with local Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams to ensure compliance with facility-level HSE regulations.
- Maintain open and clear communication with customers regarding the delivery of completed pipe and address any complaints they may have.
- Approve and manage all expenditures, including invoices and timesheets, to ensure costs remain within the facility's budget and that labor expenses are aligned with expectations.
- Monitors facility inspection equipment, scheduling any long term maintenance needed, and interfacing with inspection engineering on required updates to equipment to ensure that the facility is functioning at the highest possible capacity while producing the best quality inspection service available.
- Track and ensure employees receive necessary operator training as required.
- Assist in developing budgets, performing cost analyses, and forecasting monthly revenue.
- Manage all personnel-related matters, including disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and the onboarding process for new employees.
- Identify, train, motivate, and supervise all facility personnel.
- Uphold a high level of quality and safety awareness among staff.
- Perform any additional job duties as assigned by the Area Division Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Education or Equivalent is required.
- 4 Year College degree, preferred.
- Knowledge of NDT processes is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of safety requirements for employees is required.
- DuPont STOP Safety Program experience is preferred.
- Hazardous Waste Storage experience is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
