JOB DESCRIPTION

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform work following company procedures, processes, HSEQ standards, and best practice.
• Contribute to maintaining operational overall schedule by; coordinating asset and inventory activities; resolving problems.
• From an asset and inventory perspective, collate project status reports by contributing to collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
• From an asset and inventory perspective, following up on customer issues, feedback, deadlines, and deliverables and ensuring customer issues are handled effectively and quickly
• Maintain continuous focus on keeping a healthy balance of Working Capital, utilizing assets, inventory and lowering inventory stock, and maintaining min/ max definitions.
• Contribute to Planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the asset and inventory activities of the business
• Maintain a full understanding of existing MD Totco Supply chain processes
• Contribute to a positive working environment and continuous improvement
• Work independently or in a team and support other team members in other tasks
• Inter Divisional visits and intercompany travel as and when required
• Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by the line manager

Qualifications:



Technical Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics



Experience:

• Experience in a similar operational position
• Ability to execute tasks and time management
• Dangerous Goods Management
• Compliance knowledge within HS, ECCN

Skills, training, or special knowledge

• Computer literacy (including excellent command of Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work on own initiative and solve problems
• Driving license
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
