DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform work following company procedures, processes, HSEQ standards, and best practice.
- Contribute to maintaining operational overall schedule by; coordinating asset and inventory activities; resolving problems.
- From an asset and inventory perspective, collate project status reports by contributing to collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions
- From an asset and inventory perspective, following up on customer issues, feedback, deadlines, and deliverables and ensuring customer issues are handled effectively and quickly
- Maintain continuous focus on keeping a healthy balance of Working Capital, utilizing assets, inventory and lowering inventory stock, and maintaining min/ max definitions.
- Contribute to Planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the asset and inventory activities of the business
- Maintain a full understanding of existing MD Totco Supply chain processes
- Contribute to a positive working environment and continuous improvement
- Work independently or in a team and support other team members in other tasks
- Inter Divisional visits and intercompany travel as and when required
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by the line manager

Qualifications:
Technical Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
Experience:
- Experience in a similar operational position
- Ability to execute tasks and time management
- Dangerous Goods Management
- Compliance knowledge within HS, ECCN
Skills, training, or special knowledge
- Computer literacy (including excellent command of Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work on own initiative and solve problems
- Driving license
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
