Maintains and continuously improves highly and effective procedures for complaint processing.
  • Authors and approves customer response letters
  • Provides management oversight, motivation, and support for department personnel
  • Lead weekly meetings' project based
  • Coordinate the implementation of "Auto Quality Matrix" and other tools
  • Handles the daily process of opening new Products, assigning complaints, updating the complaints' database, tracking complaint investigation status, assisting in the completion of failure investigations, acquiring signatures, generation of responses to customers and filing complaints
  • Prepares and submits or reviews and approves and other International Reports as required by the applicable procedures/regulations
  • Proven track record
  • Leads all projects relating to new product introductions to assure product compliance handling representation has been part of the process
  • Acts as a consultant and provides leadership on special product complaint projects
  • Proven record in Quality, OPEX and/or Continuous Improvement in a customer services environment, ideally in the robotics or manufacturing automation industry
  • Significant Quality Assurance experience and expertise ideally in a contact center environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a strong quantitative focus preferred (statistics, quality control, engineering)
  • Proficiency in visual reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Visual Insight) and presentation applications (e.g. Infographic) is a positive aspect
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and practices
  • Equivalent work experience (preferably in a quantitative field) preferred

  • Provides product complaint information to Marketing and R&D as central initiative of continuous improvement
  • Applies statistical tools to provide management with the appropriate information on field product quality
  • Coordinates the Corporate Document Retention Policy for Emerson
  • Trains Sales, Marketing and Operations in the Product Complaint requirements
  • Completes financial planning and tracking of departmental budgets
  • Develops WCQ Team members and culture to deliver strong Credo scores and deep bench of leaders
  • Demonstrates leadership abilities, initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with Medical Affairs, Customer Call Center, Quality, Operations, R&D, Professional Education, Marketing
  • Engages in planning to improve customer responses in terms of quality and timeliness.
  • Assure high level of Customer happiness within the region.

- Implement to all safety laws applicable within the company.

- Perform any additional tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor.

- Attend production meetings to discuss problems and priorities.

- Conduct receiving inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections to uphold extraordinary standards.

- Carry out internal audits of departmental processes, ensuring each is reviewed twice a year.

Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:

- Hold enlightening meetings with engineers from the Manufacturing area and their staff to present the results of the non-conforming material analysis, discuss the corrective actions that have been implemented, review trend analysis of the main metrics for each area, and collect feedback on any additional problems that may arise.

- Attend and participate in quality system review meetings.

- Coordinate, perform, and supervise internal audits.

- Assist in the calibration and verification processes of test equipment.

- Prepare weekly reports on quality results in areas of responsibility.

- Participate in continuous product quality improvement programs.

- Act as an instructor in training programs (technical and practical) for personnel in the Manufacturing and Quality Control departments.

- Participate in the introduction of new products to the plant care about compliance with quality standards.

- Establish corrective actions based on customer complaints.

- Engage in Six Sigma projects, either as a "Green Belt" or as a team member.

- Visit external suppliers to evaluate their quality systems.

- Review customer specifications to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Handling the English language with an 90% proficiency degree.

Bachelor of Engineering desirable.

Use of AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop, SolidWorks or similar

Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement experience

New Product Introduction, PAP's, APQP's, FMEA and similar methodologies

Experience as a manager control of Machining Processes is a plus

Molding, mechanical tooling, casting, stamping, and welding.

ISO 2001:2015 or similar Certification

Document Control

Root Cause Analysis, 8D's, 5 whys and similar techniques

Lean and Six sigma Techniques (5S, Built in Quality, A3, A4)

Good level of written and spoken English.

Good communication skills.
