Role Overview
The Logistics Analyst will play an instrumental role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials across the EMEA region for LenelS2. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager this individual will oversee all aspects of logistics and transportation operations (liaising with our 3PL CEVA Logistics partner) and will be responsible for executing on-time deliveries and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Role Overview
The Logistics Analyst will play an instrumental role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials across the EMEA region for LenelS2. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager this individual will oversee all aspects of logistics and transportation operations (liaising with our 3PL CEVA Logistics partner) and will be responsible for executing on-time deliveries and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: develop and implement comprehensive logistics and transportation strategies aligned with company objectives to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Transportation Management: oversee the transportation network, including carrier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Routing and Scheduling: develop and maintain optimized transportation routes and schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing resource utilization and minimizing transit times.
- Compliance and Risk Management: ensure compliance with all relevant customs regulations, trade laws, and transportation safety standards, mitigating risks and liabilities associated with logistics operations.
- Performance Metrics: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics and transportation operations, implementing continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, procurement, manufacturing, and customer service teams, to coordinate logistics activities and support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics & transportation management
- In-depth knowledge of transportation modes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with customs procedures, import/export regulations, and trade compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement process improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and external partners
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP, TMS, and WMS platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) are a plus
