Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead all on-site activities for large/complex project site work. Each day, you will ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements. You will also showcase your expertise by maintaining a detailed and up-to-date construction Health and Safety (H&S) plan with respect to each work package. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the site team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing site planning, mobilization, monitoring, and control activities to accomplish all project goals. • Coordinating all on-site activities to ensure the successful execution of start-up, construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities in alignment with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule and safety requirements. • Ensuring all site activities are executed as per schedule, reviewing periodic reports, and ensuring timely handover of work areas from customer. • Closing all punch list, handover of installed equipment, as-built documentation, material reconciliation, site de-mobilization, etc., and receiving the final certification from customer. Qualifications for the role

• You are immersed in project execution function in switchgear industry
• You have 15 to 20 years of experience in Unloading Storage, Movement of Materials, Erection, Testing, Commissioning, Handing Over, HSE, Coordinating with Customer Site Manager & Customers
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of LV, MV & HV Switchgears
• Degree in Electrical engineering
• You are at ease communicating in English
