This position reports to
Global IS CX Architecture & Effectivenes
Your role and responsibilities
The IS Operations Manager for CX Lab & Demand ensures that proper testing is conducted in new or changed products and services to be introduced to production from all the domains meet ABB functional and operational requirements and that the integrity of the Consumer Experience (CX) environment is protected and that changes tests to services, products, and processes are documented and in compliance with CX Architecture(CXA) policies. The main responsibilities include: • Is accountable for the scouting and exhaustive testing (with industry approved standards) and documentation of test and benchmarking and auditable results of all the Proof-of-Concept and pilots that are introduced to the ABB environment which can impact our consumers. • Is accountable for the benchmark tools for testing, technical documentation and auditable results of all the Proof-of-Concept and pilots that are introduced to the ABB environment. • Is accountable to populate the Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS) with information collected dur-ing the service validation support, the Architecture portal and the Configuration Database Management System (CMDB) with all the information available to support ABB services. • Permanently collaborates with CX Service Owners, CXA Solution Architects and 3rd party suppliers and other Consumer Experience Managers to ensure a solid testing and benchmarking validation with strict adherence to business requirements to maximize consumer productivity and to enable the organization to achieve its business goals. • Permanently collaborates with the CXA Demand Manager to provide the feedback of issues observed and documented during the validation and testing of the tested items.

Qualifications for the role
- Currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Above 1 years of relevant experience in laboratory or testing IS products or services with focus in Consumer products
- Passionate about Consumer Experience (UX/CX), new technologies and products aimed to be used in enterprise environ-ment.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Superior IS operations skills, and a deep understanding IS technologies and the impact of reconfigurations
- Strong capacity to understand UX/CX concept and testing in global environments.
