This position reports to
Finance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a Support Systems Analyst to enhance our financial processes by optimizing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy. This role demands a strong understanding of finance, databases, and IT systems, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Process Optimization & Support: Map, define, analyze, and improve finance-related processes to ensure alignment with business needs. • System Performance & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system errors, data inconsisten-cies, and inefficiencies to enhance financial reporting. • Service & Operations Management: Monitor IS services, ensure compliance with SLAs, and col-laborate with IT teams to implement improvements. • Data & Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards, assess reporting efficiency, and drive au-tomation and standardization. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance, IT, and business teams to align system capabili-ties with business goals. • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to corporate IT policies, audit processes, and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and system optimization.
- Experience with databases (SQL, ERP systems) and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across finance and IT functions.
