Your role and responsibilities

We are now looking for a professional who is able to take the position of IS Business Analyst within the HREX Compensation & Performance area. Your role will be to support Technology Service Owner by providing IS analysis of tools in scope, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of changes and new solutions that enhance the Compensation & Performance Experience. Assignment duration till end of August 2026. You will be mainly accountable for: • Communicate effectively to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction with the delivered solutions. • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making. Provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives. • Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements that will be translated into technical language for suppliers and developers. • Develop and maintain documentation. • Translate requirements into technical language for suppliers/developers. • Conduct feasibility assessment on CRs that have a technical impact. • Work with the Solution Architects to complete an initial impact assessment and design proposed solutions for non-SaaS applications. • Determine effort and feasibility for technical business changes. • Support the implementation of IS changes to applications in scope. • Prepare test scenarios and test cases based on the standards by the Release / Test Manager. • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) for in-scope applications and other testing within the IS domain. • Support hypercare post-production updates and address user access management for new applications/features. • Update technical documentation where relevant to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Ensure that all solutions and processes comply with corporate guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. • Work closely with any 3rd party supplier(s) that deliver IS services. Locations are flexible for IS and HR roles. For IS roles, India and Mexico are the two preferred locations, while HR role holders will be expected to collaborate with teams in European and US EST time zones. Ultimately, we'll hire the most qualified candidate for each role.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related HR field.
  • Previous experience in similar role for HR application.
  • Good understanding of Compensation and Performance processes is a plus.
  • Working experience with HR data systems and tools like Workday, SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar is an advantage.
  • Basic SQL knowledge with experience writing queries.
  • Knowledge about process mapping and diagramming tools, such as Visio and ADONIS.
  • Knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of IT Framework and methods (ITIL, SCRUM) is seen as an advantage.
  • Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
