Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings, oversee risk assessments, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions to prioritize safety and compliance.
• Manage operational activities, resource allocation, crew utilization, asset utilization, and inventory to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure service quality excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with customer requirements.
• Foster strong customer relationships, identify needs, manage pricing, budgets, and job delivery quality.
• Provide technical support to field staff and customers throughout project execution.
• Drive change initiatives and pursue new business opportunities to enhance performance.
• Oversee financial management, forecasting, cost control, and contract execution to maximize results.
• Lead and develop a motivated, high-performing workforce through effective people management, talent development, and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of operations, product lines, and technical job planning.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a global matrix organization and manage teams across boundaries.
• Fluency in English.

• Experience in executing day-to-day operations and product-related projects.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
