Program Summary

KBR is seeking an experienced B-1 Aircraft Systems Logistician to support the B-1 System Program Office located at Tinker Airforce Base. This is a full-time position located in the KBR Midwest City, OK office

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide B-1 specific support in weapon systems Flight Controls Logistics support to include, LOM NSN assessments from AFSC and DLA, Obtains new task status from SPO loggies for Work Spec Reviews, R2D2, and AMXG Performance Reviews, Rolls up unsupportable NSN assessments for task level green, yellow, red assessment. Candidate will review, mitigate unsupportable Flight Systems NSNs, monitor all action items until completed for all task assessments for Flight Control, Logistics Liaison for Flight Controls documents. Assist in identifying all Flight System components, Review ERRP Packages, POC for DDE Exceptions, POC for SPO to PDMC Flight for Flight Controls. Address High Risk Components, Determine Repair/Replace Procedures, Assist in Developing Course of Action

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of Aircraft systems.

Effective communication skills, strong technical communication skills and a readiness to explain complex technical issues.

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

5 - 10 years of Logistics Support experience

Familiarity with B-1 specific Flight Control, Electrical, Mechanical and Weapons systems.

Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a secret clearance upon request.

Workload Management - Ability to plan, organize, and reprioritize work to meet challenging deadlines.

Navigating Database Software - Ability to use database software to find records, sort, review, edit, print, and other functions. Ability to use built-in forms and reports in a database. Able to explore software applications and learn various functions and features. Able to write queries and reports using available tools; copying data into Excel or other formats for further analysis. Ability to use computer applications in support of planning, designing, analysis, and reporting.

Logistics Management - Knowledgeable of many logistics concepts, principles, practices, standards, methods, techniques, materials. Knowledgeable of logistics issues and best practices sufficient to plan, design, test, troubleshoot, evaluate, and oversee the development and/or sustainment of aerospace systems or devices. Knowledgeable of logistics practices and procedures as they pertain to sustainment, modification, logistics, supply chain, manpower, funding, production and maintenance management principles, concepts, policies, and systems.
