Local Division Manager
Your role and responsibilities
You will manage the following after-sales operations for ABB's measurement & analytics product used in industrial plants: • Commissioning and maintenance of ABB products. • Operations of the ABB service center in Izunokuni-city, Shizuoka. • Development of service partners to expand domestic services. • Project management. • Warranty and troubleshooting. • Training of ABB engineers align with business strategy. • Operation compliance with ABB's Integrity and HSE policies. The business base is in Tokyo, but frequent business trips to the service center in Izunokuni-city will be required. You will also visit to customer sites when necessary. There may also be 1-2 overseas business trips per year. We are looking for someone who can closely communi-cate with the local division manager of Measurement & Analytics and drive the improvement and optimization of after-sales operations for further business growth.

Qualifications for the role
- 【Educational Background】Bachelor's degree or higher
- 【Langage】Japanese: Native, English: TOEIC 800 or equivalent
- 【Experience and Skills】
- ・5+ years of experience in quality, operations, or engineering work for a plant engineering or industrial machinery manufacturer. *Experience as a customer-facing representatives, not as internal functions.
- ・Experience improving business operations using Microsoft PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools
- ・Management Experience or equivalent experience.
- ・Experience leading and executing Lean Six Sigma implementations (preferred)
- ・Experience in sales or sales support for equipment/product repair, overhaul, or other maintenance (preferred)
- ・Experience using SAP in business operations (preferred)
