In this role, you will lead Quality team dedicated to creating World Class Quality processes for flow meters to provide a Best-in-Class experience for our customers. You're responsible for providing the overall strategy, direction and oversight for the company's Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Independent/Statutory Approval programs. They will promote the use of quality methodologies throughout the entire company, assist in establishing a culture passionate about quality, and develop a variety of quality programs. This includes management of QMS processes and procedures such as documentation control, product and process audits, customer complaints, and external product approvals.

This includes management of QMS processes and procedures such as documentation control, product and process audits, customer complaints, and external product approvals.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.
- Ensure the quality management system aligns with ISO 9000, and world area standards and directives. Serve as primary contact and facilitator to ensure that local and international certifications are established and maintained to support business objectives. Coordinate and integrate specific QMS and quality initiatives for affected divisions.
- Lead the Quality Department to provide planned improvements, including development of Quality System procedures and overall Quality System development.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Independent/Statutory Approval systems and activities for products. Assist in new product transfers and introduction to establish quality standards prior to initial production and measures post production.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement through continuous audit, measurement, and tracking of total costs related to quality performance in operations processes and products.
- Participate in the process of planning, Investigate product nonconformities and returns, and recommend modifications to product, process, or standards as necessary.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Services to address customer issues and ensure compliance.
- Interpret and communicate company quality policies and procedures, report to senior management on the performance and effectiveness of the quality management systems and the need for improvement. Provide evaluation and assessment of the effectiveness of established systems, policies, and procedures to ensure appropriate implementation of the Quality Management System and to insure the awareness of customer requirements.
- Ensure that facility is staffed appropriately with adequate quality resources and that personnel that affect quality are properly developed and trained to support a continuous improvement, systems thinking philosophy. Recruit, train, develop, motivate and monitor the performance of employees for whom is responsible.
- Through CIP, always aim to align with ISO 9000/14000/18000 in everything we do daily; keeping Think-Customer in mind.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- 10+ years Quality leadership experience at the upper-management level, including an excellent knowledge of manufacturing operations, product quality standards, specifications, laws, and regulations established by various federal, state, and local agencies. Must be skilled in continuous improvement philosophies and the effective use of quality improvement tools such as Six Sigma, lean etc.
- BSME, BSEE, BSIE or the equivalent. Advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Have in-depth experience in Quality System development and implementation, product reliability, testing and senior level management systems.
- Lean Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Expert in Six Sigma methodologies and other recognized best-in-class quality system methodologies.
- Strong background and understanding of statistical process control and statistical measurement control, as well as the use of statistical methods for setting specifications.
