Essential skills and knowledge
- Coordinating of Project Logistics activities
- Supporting and maintaining Chain of Responsibility and HSE outcomes
- Daily coordination between internal and external stakeholders such as Contractors, Suppliers, Projects, Operations, Warehousing, Inventory, Logistics
- Forecasting, tracking and monitoring delivery of freight to warehouse
- Execute Logistics Assurance Plan activities for preparation of receipt of materials into Company Care, Custody and Control
- Support the Project Operations Readiness Team with Project Logistics / Planning for execution of Operations
- Execute Ready to Receipt activities, support and coordinate Receipt Discrepancy close out
- Forecasting and planning warehousing storage requirements
- Support execution of handover to operations
- Monitor and confirm project alignment to internal end-to-end supply chain and logistics requirements
- Work with warehousing focal to organise receipt, storage and preservation of materials
- Execute internal project specific audits for Project Logistics
- Coordinate transport requests
- Lead and coordinate weekly Project Logistics meetings, as well as attend weekly Stakeholder meetings
- Maintaining SOX Compliance
Essential skills and knowledge
- Experience in end to end Project Logistics or Freight Forwarding
- Previous SAP S/4HANA experience is required
- Strong analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills with an ability to manage change across various stakeholders
- Proven capability to build and sustain multidisciplinary and cross-functional relationships
