VP - Business Development Location: Philippines Start Date: 26 May 2025 Pay Rate: 170,000 per annum Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Business Development to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a proven track record of driving business growth and partnerships in the industry. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the renewable energy sector Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential customers Lead cross-functional teams to execute business development initiatives and achieve targets Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and market analysis to senior management Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in the renewable energy industry Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sustainability
