This Position reports to:
IS Service Owner

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Operational Leadership: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization's ZTNA framework. • Framework Implementation & Maintenance: Oversee the implementation of ZTNA controls and processes, ensuring they are effectively integrated into existing IT operations. Maintain and update documentation related to ZTNA operations.
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure consistent enforcement of ZTNA policies across all relevant systems, applications, and user access.
• Monitoring & Analysis: Establish and maintain robust monitoring and logging mechanisms to track the effectiveness of ZTNA controls and identify potential security incidents or anomalies. Analyze security data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Incident Response Support: Participate in incident response activities related to ZTNA controls, providing expertise and ensuring appropriate remediation steps are taken.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of ZTNA using "Security by Design" principle.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize ZTNA operational processes for efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Reporting & Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the operational effectiveness of the ZTNA framework and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications for the role

• Full time graduation - Computer/IT/Science/BE/BTech
• Certifications required- Any leading security tech certificate from Cisco/Palo Alto/Checkpoint/Zscaler/Akamai
• # ISC2/ISACA/CompTIA/EC-Council
• Tools Proficiency: Solid understanding of ZTNA functionality is essential for the success of this role. Zscaler
