Supplier Quality Manager Job Description Location: China Start Date: 05 June 2025 Pay Rate: $6206.90 Per Month Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Manager to join our team in China. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a proven track record of ensuring supplier quality and compliance with industry standards. As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing supplier quality processes, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability. Responsibilities: Develop and implement supplier quality strategies to support the company's renewable energy initiatives Conduct supplier audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards and drive corrective actions as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve supplier performance Monitor and analyze supplier quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Lead supplier qualification and selection processes to ensure alignment with company standards Provide guidance and support to suppliers on quality requirements and best practices Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in supplier quality management, preferably in the renewable energy industry Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) Experience conducting supplier audits and driving corrective actions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
